Waking up to the stunning skyline of downtown Minneapolis and the tranquil beauty of Lake Normandale was a delightful start to my day. The staff's warm welcome and their willingness to ensure a comfortable stay were truly appreciated. The scheduled shuttle service to the Mall of America was a convenient perk, making my shopping and dining experiences hassle-free.

The breakfast options were limited and seemed to get quickly cleaned out, leaving little variety for guests.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit ist top. Das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.

The hotel was nicely furnished with 2 king beds. It is located in a central area close to the airport, Olive Garden restaurant, and The Galleria for shopping.- We enjoyed dining at Lela, which offered delicious cuisine.

Loved the breakfast selection - tons of options to pick from, really nice! The room decor was fresh and clean with a super comfy bed for a good night's rest. The staff were pleasant and even offered a free shuttle to the airport. 🌟 Some minor issues, but the comfy beds and well-trained staff made up for 'em, no doubt!

I loved having the mini-refrigerator and microwave for snacks, and the flat-screen HDTV made for great evening entertainment. As a guest who values convenience and relaxation, this room ticked all the boxes for me.

I wished the ironing amenities were a bit more user-friendly.

The room was comfortable with 2 queen beds, and we rested well, plus it had a seating area, iron and ironing board, and work desk.
